INGREDIENTS:
ziploc baggie
2 eggs
handful of your favorite omelette fillings
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Crack eggs into small bowl and whisk together.Pour eggs into baggie and add handful of veggies and fillings into baggie. Add salt, pepper and any seasoning into baggie to taste. Zip it up, making sure it's closed well so that no omelette drips out.
Give it a good shake to mix and carefully place baggie into boiling water.
Cook for 10-15 minutes depending on how well done you like your eggs.
Cut open the baggie and serve or wrap up and take on the go. Enjooy !
