Hamburger Steak with Onions and Brown Gravy



Ingredients:

1 and ½ pound hamburger meat
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 cup thinly sliced onion
2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 Tablespoon flour
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 and ½ cup beef broth

Directions:

Combine ground beef, garlic salt and pepper.
Divide meat into 6 even portions and form into steaks
In a large skillet, cook patties over medium heat 6 minutes per side.
Remove patties, add onions and cook 6 minutes.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add flour and cook 2 minutes.
Gradually add Worcestershire and broth; stir until smooth.
Reduce to half about 15 minutes.
Add patties back and and heat through.
