Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients:
¾ cup marinara sauce
2 cups freshly grated whole milk mozzarella cheese
¾ pound spicy Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled into smaller bits
Pepperoni slices
**Dough:
1½ cups bread flour
1½ cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp. granulated sugar
½ tsp. instant yeast
1⅓ cup ice water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1½ tsp. salt

Instructions:
To make the dough, combine the flour, sugar, and yeast in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Pulse to combine.
With the machine running, add the ice water through the feed tube and process until the dough is combined everything is incorporated, about 10 seconds. Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
Add the salt and vegetable oil and process until the dough forms a smooth, tacky ball that doesn't stick to the sides of the bowl anymore.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly flour a 13-inch pizza pan.
Using your hands, gently stretch the dough in the pizza pan. Start layering your toppings, leaving a 1-inch border from the edge: marinara sauce, mozzarella, spicy sausage, and pepperoni.
Bake for 12-13 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and the crust has browned around the edges.
Let cool for about 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
